1. Personal Use Only

Finorix Pro is licensed for personal, non‑commercial use only. This means you may use the software for your own trading activities, but you are not allowed to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your account to any third party.
• Use the software to provide trading signals or services to others for a fee.
• Share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Incorporate the software into a commercial product or service.

If you wish to use Finorix Pro for commercial purposes (e.g., as part of a trading firm, signal service, or to serve multiple clients), you must obtain a separate commercial license.

2. Subscription Plans and Scope

We offer three versions with different subscription plans:

• Finorix Pro (v1): Weekly $40, Monthly $65 – 1 candle ahead.
• Finorix Pro v2: Weekly $45, Monthly $70 – 2 candles ahead (ultra‑fast server).
• Finorix Pro v8: Weekly $50, Monthly $75 – 2 full candles ahead (world's fastest x2 server).

Each subscription is valid for a single user only. Sharing your account with others, or using it to serve multiple people, is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Prohibited Activities & Consequences

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Circumvent any technical protection measures.
• Use the software in any unlawful manner.
• Misrepresent your subscription type (e.g., using a personal license for commercial purposes).

⚠️ Violation of these terms, especially misuse of the subscription type, will result in the immediate and permanent blocking of your access to the software, without prior notice and without any refund. This is necessary to protect our intellectual property and financial rights.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are processed in USDT (TRC20) and are handled through external blockchain transactions. Nary Software does not store any payment information.

Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once your account has been activated. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Finorix Pro, including all algorithms, interfaces, and content, is the exclusive property of Nary Software and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nary Software does not guarantee that the software will meet your specific trading objectives or be error‑free. Trading involves risk; you alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nary Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
